Groundwater Recharge Pilot Program
Attention Tulare Irrigation District Growers:
The Groundwater Recharge Pilot Program is available to Tulare ID, Delano-Earlimart ID, Chowchilla ID, Fresno ID and Madera County. Through this program, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) offers funding to participate in groundwater recharge practices. ​

Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) - WaterSMART
Attention Tulare Irrigation District Growers:
EQIP is available to Tulare ID, Ivanhoe ID, Pixley ID and Delano-Earlimart ID. Through this program, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) offers funding to improve water conservation and irrigation water use efficiency on eligible farms. ​
